The SMARTS-UP program of the University of Paris aims to promote the internationalization of Master's programs and facilitate the hosting of the best international∙aux∙ales students in order to constitute, in particular, a pool of excellence for the recruitment of future doctoral students.

Within this framework, it is proposed to finance for 2022-2023, incoming mobility grants of €8,000 each to enable the Graduate Schools attached to the project to host internation∙aux∙ales students in their various Masters programs. The scholarships are awarded for one year.
