Eiffel 2022 scholarship for excellence at the University of Toulon

The Eiffel scholarship programme created by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs enables French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students for master's and doctoral studies.
It enables the training of future foreign decision-makers from the private and public sectors in priority fields of study, and stimulates applications from students from emerging countries for the master's level and from emerging and industrialised countries for the doctorate level.
For the University of Toulon, the application must be completed online by Friday 3 December 2021.
The International Relations Department (SRI for service des relations internationales) will give access rights to the online application file once the applicant has contacted the teacher responsible for the Master's degree or the laboratory director.
Levels of study
The Eiffel scholarship programme has two components:
- A Master's programme, which enables the financing of a 12-month (Master 2), 24-month (Master 1) or 36-month (engineering degree preparation) diploma course
- A Doctorate section, which enables the financing of 12-month periods of mobility
Fields of study
The fields of study for the Master's and Doctorate are:
Science and technology:
- Biology and health
- Ecological transition
- Mathematics and Digital
- Engineering sciences
Humanities and social sciences:
- History, French language and civilisation
- Law Political Science
- Economics and Management
Eligibility criteria
- Academic excellence is paramount.
- Coherence of the academic and professional project highlighted.
- Reserved for applicants of foreign nationality. Candidates with dual nationality, one of whom is French, are not eligible.
- Students already receiving a French government scholarship under another programme at the time of application are not eligible.
- The application of a student whose application was not accepted during a previous selection is not admissible.
Procedures
Master's stream procedure
- Only students studying abroad can apply.
- be no more than 25 years old at the time of the campaign, i.e. born after March 1996".
Procedure Doctoral stream
- Students studying abroad have priority over those living in France.
- be no more than 30 years old at the time of the campaign, i.e. born after March 1991
The applicant must follow the following steps:
- Contact :
- the person in charge of the Master. The contact details of the person in charge of training are indicated on https://www.univ-tln.fr/-Facultes-Instituts-Ecoles-.html
- Or
- the laboratory director. The laboratory director's contact details are available at https://www.univ-tln.fr/-Laboratoires-.html
- Download and read carefully the vade-mecum
- Complete the application form online, together with the head of the Master's programme and the SRI. Once the above steps have been completed, the SRI will give access rights to the applicant and the teacher or laboratory director.
- The applicant completes the "Applicant information" section.
- The Master supervisor or laboratory director completes the section "Presentation of the application".
- The SRI completes the section "General information about the institution".
